RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
WE WANT YOU TO ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOUR SOYOU DRESS WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICE ITEMS, PROVIDED THAT:

UAE orders must be returned within 7 days of delivery, after 7 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

To qualify for a return the item must be in the original packaging, unused and free from dirt, any fragrances or other odors, free of any make up or stains on the garments, with all original tags still attached. Items received in poor condition will be returned back to you.

SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once you have e-mailed us we will arrange with you the convenient time and place for the items to be collected. Our driver/courier company will then collect your items within 3 working days.

For international orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to soyou@bysoyou.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear back into your account - once the item (s) have been received back to us.

- You will receive an e-mail approving your return once it has been received and inspected by us.

Our policy lasts 7 days for UAE orders.

We accept exchanges with only the same product purchased, size/color. If you would like to exchange with any other product, then this will be considered as a return, and you can place a new order for the item you would like.

In case of changing size and / or color we do not guarantee that it will be available in stock.

Our policy lasts 7 days. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to our customer care team at soyou@bysoyou.com with your order number and mention the items you wish to exchange. After 7 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

For international exchange, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead. Please state the package is a return when booking with courier.

If you have received an item that you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team at soyou@bysoyou.com within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
